Success Stories and experience from our 2015 Fundraising Teams! This year our teams had a huge success selling a combined total over $39,000.
Rapid City Central High School Tennis Team
Act for America
This group of men and women used their funds for supplies. In this photo they are making pins for the persecuted Christians in the Middle East.
Team BB Brothers
Here is a picture of the team at the Crohns/Colitis walk. The Take Steps Be Heard walk is held every June in Sioux Falls, SD– and the money raised at this walk goes to the Crohns/Colitis foudation in hopes someday to find a cure for this disease. “My oldest son Blake has Ulcerated Colitis and my middle son Braden Has Crohns disease. That is why our team is called Team BB Brothers.” The coupon book sales they do goes to this foundation, as well.
Rapid City South Middle School Travel Club
Our group consisted of 13 7th and 8th graders from South Middle School. We used the money to help fund their summer trip with the SMS Travel Club to Boston. We walked the Freedom Trail, visited numerous historical sites along the way. We also visited Plymouth Plantation, Plymouth Rock, a replica of the Mayflower, and Fenway Park. The cost for each student to travel was about $2000, and students used the money from the books to help fund their trip. Thanks again for letting take part in this fundraiser! We look forward to doing it again next year!
